After years of supporting people in high-pressure workplaces, I learnt how deeply yoga helps us slow down, reconnect, & breathe again.
I trained as an instructor to share that gift, this is how MyMat, a 3 mat studio in my home was created. Yoga should be personal, non-judgemental, & supportive - so my classes are intimate & tailored, with calm, & caring guidance for all. For me, yoga's not about a perfect pose, it’s about feeling grounded, present, & more like yourself when you step off the mat!
